We're hiring a passionate Sales Development Representative with a methodical approach to prospecting to drive the commercialization of our product. You will be responsible for growing and accelerating our sales pipeline and executing a sales plan to help achieve Colabra's business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Mastery of Colabra products and plans.

  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers at new accounts.

  • Create a fantastic first impression with prospects and customers while building the pipeline.

  • Follow up and qualify inbound requests for product fit.

  • Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads and measure lead conversion and performance.

  • Develop customized pitches for different target accounts and personas.

  • Work with sales team to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. chemistry, biology, materials science).

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.

  • Highly analytical: Experience using data to make decisions, and the ability to compare information from multiple sources to identify core issues.

  • Excellent people skills: Ability to see a problem from both the product and business perspectives, and an exceptional writer, presenter, and communicator.
